I love this app! I use it went I get up and during my workouts.
This gives a nice, realistic set of goals and is great for getting back into shape.

Some bad moments

Just begain to use this app and fall in love with it, I am looking for an app like this, finally here it is, same as what I wanted. Good Job.
Starts out very easy the first week which allows a couch potato to get in shape without hurting himself. Weeks 5 & 6 are a challenge to someone already in moderate shape. Nice app. Kept me motivated to work out.

Great app if you want to look and feel your best. I also recommend getting full version. Free version has only 1 week. Full version has all 6 weeks.
This program is awesome. Ive burned calories, lost weight and inches all with the same app. I never thought it would be this easy.
